Originally an indentured EITB Apprentice Engineer, I worked in the manufacture of large Petrochemical plant including many aspects of R&D, from this trade experience I started my teaching career instructing welding and eventually moving into training management. For the past 20 years I have been a senior manager in education, including my own business with my most recent appointment being a Director at the DN Colleges Group.
